Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CECONiQ platform and services provided by CECON Global LLC ("CECON," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
CECON Global LLC provides logistics coordination services including trailer swap management, pallet supply logistics, vendor dispatch, and real-time operations tracking for distribution centers. The CECONiQ platform facilitates communication and coordination between CECON, vendors, carriers, and distribution center operators.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for use by authorized vendors, carriers, and distribution center personnel who have entered into a service agreement with CECON Global LLC. Access to the platform requires authorization from CECON.
3. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive transactional text messages from CECON Global LLC related to logistics coordination, dispatch notifications, and job status updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. SMS opt-in is not required to use CECON's services.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for authorized logistics and operational purposes
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Provide accurate information when using our services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
5. Intellectual Property
The CECONiQ platform, including its software, design, and content, is the property of CECON Global LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CECON Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to CECON in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
